The way that Cannabis grows actually is genuinely interesting to me plus crucial to guess for all growers.
In nature, Cannabis typically grows from seeds.
The seeds will germinate in the Spring on their own plus will become seedlings. The seedlings will keep growing easily in a vegatative stage from Spring until the blistering end of summer. When the mornings become shorter plus the mornings finally grow longer, then the Cannabis plants will go into the flowering stage that you are waiting for. After they have flowered, they can then be harvested when the beautiful buds are ready. Then the plants will die for the season in the Winter time. That is the entire life-cycle of the Cannabis plant in nature. The seeds are found in the buds plus when the plants die, the naturally occurring seeds will fall to the ground. In the Spring, those seeds will inherently germinate again plus start the life cycle all over again. You can try to actually fool Cannabis plants into believing it is still early Spring as long as you keep the light cycle at 18 hours or more of light. It isn’t until you switch that light cycle to emulate the shorter fall season when you start to get flowering plants pretty quickly. This is good for growers because you can keep your Garden off Cannabis plants in the vegatative stage for as long as you want plus when you’re ready then you can flower them whenever you want. It is also extremely crucial to guess that Cannabis plants have respective genders. There are female plus male Cannabis plants. The female plants obviously create the buds that contain the medicine. The buds also typically produce seeds when they are pollinated by male pollen naturally or artificially. When you grow Cannabis, you will want all female plants in order to widely produce the bud plus you will want to get rid of the males, but you can easily collect pollen if you wish to pollinate female buds to create new seeds.
